30 Days to Freedom - A Gentle Reset

If you want to take a break from alcohol but don’t know where to begin, this self-paced 30-day programme gives you the structure, tools, and daily support to actually make a change.

It’s designed for busy people who need a realistic, flexible plan — without pressure, guilt, or overwhelm.
You’ll get daily guidance, mindset shifts, habits to build momentum, and simple steps that help you start feeling better fast.

If you’ve been trying to cut back for months (or years) but nothing has stuck, this is the easiest way to finally get started.

1:1 Coaching

Start with a free 30-minute discovery call
We’ll use this time to understand where you’re at, what you’re struggling with, and what support you’re looking for.

Private & confidential 60-minute coaching sessions
Sessions are held in person (if you’re local) or online — whatever suits your life and schedule. You choose the time and day that works best for you.

  • NZ$150 per 60-minute session

  • 4–6 initial sessions recommended

Group Coaching

Weekly 60-minute Zoom sessions
Join a supportive group of like-minded people each week for guided coaching, reflection, and practical tools.

Small, intimate groups
Maximum of 10 participants to ensure everyone feels seen and supported.

Private Facebook community included
Stay connected between sessions, share wins, and access ongoing encouragement.

Sundays, 6:30–7:30pm NZT
