We begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call.

This gives us space to understand where you’re at, what’s feeling difficult, and whether 1:1 coaching is the right fit.

Sessions are:

• 60 minutes
• Held online or in person (if local)
• Confidential and judgement-free

If you want to take a break from alcohol but don’t know where to begin, this self-paced 30-day programme gives you the structure, tools, and daily support to actually make a change.

You’ll get daily guidance, mindset shifts, habits to build momentum, and simple steps that help you start feeling better fast.
