Why I Created This Guide
I used to drink every night after my kids went to bed. It wasn’t chaotic and it didn’t look like a “problem.”
But it was numbing me. Keeping me stuck. Quietly holding me back from becoming the woman — and mother — I wanted to be.
When I finally stepped back, everything changed.
I’ve now been alcohol-free for over four years. I’m a qualified life coach. And I’ve helped women all over the world transform their relationship with drinking — without shame, extremes, or rock-bottom stories.
