Some people find that they want the anonymity and privacy of 1:1 coaching sessions, some people prefer to have support from like-minded people who are going through the same journey. There is no right or wrong answer, it is totally up to you. What's important is that you feel comfortable and whatever you decide allows you to be vulnerable and open to change. Get to know me

An ex-daily drinker who got her life back after many attempts and many setbacks.

I never realised I had a drinking problem until I tried to quit. It took me 4 years of trying and failing and trying again before I managed to have that last drink.

When I finally became sober in March 2022, I spent a couple of years studying for a Diploma in Psychology & Counselling along with a Life Coaching qualification. I now use this knowledge, alongside my personal lived experience to help people rethink their relationship with alcohol.

I have since helped many people explore their reasons for drinking, and supported them to move towards a life of sobriety.

I believe that everyone should at least take a break from drinking alcohol, just to experience the clarity and peace of mind that sobriety brings.

Society places so much value on alcohol that it can be hard to make the decision to quit. I am here to tell you that you will never regret the decision to at least try.

Because here's the thing..

Alcohol is one of the leading causes of 7 different types of cancer, including breast (in women), oesophageal, colorectal and liver.

The World Health Organisation lists alcohol as being responsible for 2.6 million deaths every year.

All of this is completely preventable.
