What I offer

Choose what works for you

Whether you want to start gently with a self-paced 30-day programme, prefer the privacy of 1:1 coaching, or thrive in the connection of a small group, there’s no “right” way to begin. What matters is choosing the option that feels supportive, manageable, and safe for where you are right now.

If you’re unsure which path is the best fit, get in touch — we can talk it through together.

Get to know me

I’m an ex–daily drinker who finally got her life back after many attempts… and many setbacks.

I never truly believed I had a drinking problem — not until I tried to stop. It took four years of quitting, slipping, and starting again before I reached my final day one.

When I became sober in March 2022, everything changed. I went on to complete a Diploma in Psychology & Counselling and gained a Life Coaching qualification, bringing together academic knowledge with the lived experience of someone who’s been exactly where you might be now.

Since then, I’ve helped many people explore why they drink, understand the patterns keeping them stuck, and take confident steps toward a calmer, more grounded alcohol-free life.

I genuinely believe everyone should experience a break from alcohol — even just long enough to feel the clarity, self-trust, and peace that sobriety gives you.

What if you could completely level up your life by giving up just one thing?

We live in a society that places alcohol on a pedestal — it’s normalised, expected, and often celebrated. So choosing to step away from it can feel like you’re going against the grain.

But I’m here to tell you this:
You will never regret giving yourself the chance to try.

Because here's the thing..

Alcohol is a leading cause of at least seven types of cancer, including breast cancer in women, as well as oesophageal, colorectal, and liver cancer.

And according to the World Health Organisation, alcohol is responsible for 2.6 million deaths every single year.

The most important part?
So much of this is preventable.
